We are a leading non-profit treatment center who provides individualized, holistic drug and alcohol addiction treatment with over 130 programs across ten states. As we embark on our 50 year anniversary, we are committed to treating the whole person — and their families — with caring, qualified professionals through evidence-based care to teens, adults, and families.

The primary responsibility of the Outpatient Clinician is to provide mental health services and case management services to adolescents and their families. He/she acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical & support staff. Approximately 50%-70% of services are delivered in the field.

Field Capable Clinical Services (FCCS) are specialty mental health services provided to children/youth and TAY who are at risk of out-of-home placement, school failure, involvement with probation, or serious psychiatric, substance abuse, developmental, or medical problems. The services are individualized to each family and build on the child and family’s strengths to overcome mental health issues. The services offered include individual and family therapy, case management, and medication support. FCCS are largely provided in field-based settings such as the home, schools, or other places in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Works with referred adolescents, their families, representatives of referring agencies, and other relevant parties (in-house and external) to promote rehabilitation and amelioration of problems which interfere with productive social and emotional daily living. • Availability by phone to assist in crisis intervention and provide support and assistance in problem resolution.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: • Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field with at least one (1) year direct-service experience in a mental health field. • Must have a valid intern number registered with the state and in good standing. • Registered MFT or MSW Intern in California• Must possess a valid Driver's License from state of residence, automobile insurance, and a driving record that allow for operation of personal and company vehicles.
