The Wraparound Clinician provides individual and family therapy to youth ages 5-18 years old who are involved with DCFS and/or on probation. The Wrap clinician brings technical knowledge and expertise and serves as bridge between the strength based, needs driven, family centered wraparound process and the MediCal planning and billing process to the Child and Family team. This position requires excellent assessment skills, treatment planning, and basic understanding of CBT/Family Systems and intervention techniques. The clinician submits timely documentation and reports. Individual and group supervision provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:•Ability to assist with patient intake and promoting client understanding of placement•Strong crisis management, conflict resolution and de-escalation skills•Capability to document sessions and treatment with clients and / or family member•Capacity to complete 40 hours of in service training annually•Fitted to establish and consistently enforce appropriate boundaries with client/patients of Phoenix House

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: • Masters degree (MSW, MFT or related Master's) and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral services as an MFT intern or ACSW, plus one year experience working with high risk youth. • Understanding of DMH paperwork preferred. • Travel required; must have a reliable vehicle, valid California drivers license and a good driving record..EXPERIENCE: • Experience working with at risk :
