Canon is a nonprofit behavioral health organization in South Los Angeles that has provided substance use disorder treatment and recovery services since 1988 through its Brown Scapular Program. The organization offers residential treatment for adult men, intensive and standard outpatient services for all adults, bridge recovery housing, individual and group counseling, co-occurring disorder support, and aftercare services designed to help individuals achieve long-term recovery while successfully reintegrating into society. Our clients receive case management, peer support, and community resources. Clients receive assistance with housing, transportation, employment, mental health and primary care access, and enrollment in court-mandated classes.
