Create a lasting impact on our patients lives while also continuing to grow as a professional in a collaborative environment. This is through providing evidenced based behavioral healthcare and clinical services to patients for a variety of emotional and behavioral problems.

Salary: $81,000 - $141,500 full time annual salary.

Schedule: This can be a full-time or part-time position for a Behavioral Health Therapist looking to work anywhere from 3-5 days per week in our Auburn and/or Grass Valley clinics.

Job Duties:

Facilitating initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow-up referrals as part of an integrated behavioral health and primary care practice
Participation in interdisciplinary case conferences
Working with primary care providers and assisting with program development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Licensed Psychologist, MFT or SW in the State of California
A minimum of three years of experience providing behavioral health services in an integrated medical/behavioral setting
Current CPR certificate
