Twin Town Treatment Centers Adult and Adolescent IOP program is now hiring Evening SUD Counselors for our Torrance, Laguna Hills, Los Alamitos and Orange locations.

Shift:  Monday - Friday 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Wage is based on experience, average starting range: $23.00 – 27.00.

REGISTERED COUNSELORS: You must be enrolled in or have completed a minimum of a certificate program that will meet the education requirements to become certified.

Experience with Drug Medi-Cal requirements is a plus!

Essential Functions:
Participate in a unified team approach, conduct group counseling sessions and individual counseling sessions as needed, conduct screenings, assessments and referrals, maintain accurate, complete and timely program records, monitor and document participant’s program progress, perform drug testing urinalysis specimen collection and screening as required, perform other SUD counseling duties as needed. Although the position is per diem counselors will have the opportunity to increase the number of hours they work with willingness and flexibility to travel to all six sites located in both Orange and LA County. Case management and documentation using an electronic medical record system is also a plus.

License & Certification:
Must pass a DOJ&FBI criminal background check through Live Scan AND other background checks required LA County and Orange County Contracts. able to pass a Urine drug screen, and VALID registration or certification with either CCAPP or CADTP or CAADE.
