Recovery Café San José is a nonprofit healing community of support and services for people recovering from addiction, homelessness, mental health challenges, incarceration, and other kinds of trauma. Rooted in radical hospitality and loving accountability, we offer a welcoming, sober space where members build healthy relationships, find consistent support, and re-discover their strengths through recovery circles, classes, nutritious meals, and individualized services. Our work centers on the belief that everyone is precious, worthy of love and belonging, and deserving of opportunities and resources to reach their full potential. We seek compassionate, collaborative team members who bring respect, humility, and a commitment to working alongside our members as equal partners in recovery.
