About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android. You'll work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to turn product requirements into polished, secure, and scalable mobile experiences - often for fintech products where performance and compliance both matter.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain native and/or cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android)
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and reusable code
Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services
Implement secure authentication, data encryption, and compliance-ready features for fintech use cases (KYC, PCI-DSS, etc.)
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability across devices
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices
Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and crashes through debugging and testing
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
Stay current with new mobile technologies, tools, and industry trends
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high app quality before release

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development
Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android), or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design)
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of mobile app security best practices, especially for finance-related apps
Experience with app store submission and release processes (App Store, Google Play)
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment

Nice to Have

Prior experience building fintech, eWallet, BNPL, or lending applications
Familiarity with PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, or other financial compliance frameworks
Experience with push notifications, in-app payments, and biometric authentication
Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Python) for full-stack collaboration
Experience with automated testing frameworks for mobile (XCTest, Espresso, Detox)
