Premier Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a proposed VA-funded Veteran Transitional Housing Program serving veterans participating in substance-use and mental-health recovery programs.

Minimum qualifications

Certified Addiction Specialist credential through CAADE, CADTP, or CCAPP, as specified by the VA solicitation.
At least five years of relevant experience.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Bachelor's degree in management or social sciences preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housing-program operations and staff.
Coordinate with VA representatives and treatment providers.
Maintain resident records, required reports, and program documentation.
Support resident safety, accountability, recovery, and reintegration.
Help coordinate transportation and required services.
Assist with staffing schedules, quality control, and contract compliance.
